The Convention Center offers 16,000 square feet of event space with 14-foot ceilings as well as state of the art sound, stage and light capabilities – all serviced by an experienced staff of wedding professionals. Opal is the ultimate setting for your wedding reception, pre-reception cocktail party or bachelor/bachelorette party. Sip a signature cocktail from the full bar as you relax on plush seating, or lead your group onto the dance floor and celebrate. This venue is equipped with a state-of-the-art sound system and a DJ booth, flat-screen displays, private booths and an optional balcony.
Dance bands or DJs, floral arrangements, photographers or other event upgrades are available on request. Opal is also available for private parties during non-business hours.
Through specially selected vendors, Bally's Lake Tahoe offers a wide range of photography and videography for your wedding. From a simple set of prints to the entire day archived and edited on DVD, be sure to preserve the memory of your special day.

Two cameras capture the wedding from the beginning of the ceremony to the departure of the wedding couple from the reception. “Collection One” focuses on the moments that make the wedding ceremony and reception special and personal for the wedding couple.

COLLECTION TWO
Two camera coverage of the wedding day, including ceremony and reception as well as features interviews with the bride and groom, family and wedding party. It begins with the ceremony and closes with the departure of the wedding couple from the reception. The conclusion of the video features presentation highlights of the wedding with a montage of stills, slow motion vignettes and other special effects.

Three Cameras cover the ceremony. Beginning with the arrival of the Bride to the Chapel and ending with the couples departure from the reception. Two cameras capture the extra moments that make your wedding ceremony and reception exceptional.

COLLECTION FOUR
Three camera coverage of the wedding day begins with the ceremony. Two-camera coverage continues throughout the reception until the Bride and Groom depart for their honeymoon. The camera will focus on interviews with the Bride, Groom family members and the wedding party. The conclusion of the video features presentation highlights of the wedding with a montage of stills, slow motion vignettes and other special effects.
