All items turned into our Lost and Found are logged and securely stored for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt. If an item remains unclaimed after 30 days, it will be considered abandoned. Bally’s Lake Tahoe reserves the right to dispose of such items at our discretion. This may include donating to charitable organizations, recycling, or discarding as appropriate.
We encourage individuals who have lost items to report the lost item via the Lost & Found link and contact our Lost and Found department as soon as possible, providing a detailed description of the lost item to facilitate identification and return.
Bally’s Lake Tahoe disclaims any liability for the loss, damage, or disposal of items left behind in hotel rooms or on the premises and are not claimed within the specified timeframe.
