Bally’s Chicago will be a world-class entertainment destination resort, befitting Chicago’s status as a world-class city.
Bally's community-first policy is a fundamental and defining element of who we are as a company. In every community in which we operate, we build strong, lasting partnerships with local residents and businesses.
Chicago will be no different. With this project, we are committed to ensuring that Bally's Chicago generates significant economic stimulus and creates a wealth of employment opportunities for the greater Chicago community.
We look forward to partnering with you, the City of Chicago, on this exciting adventure.
Significant presence in casinos, online gaming and media.
Bally's is one of the fastest growing gaming companies in the world.
We are committed to a minority and women construction goal of 46%. The construction of Bally’s Chicago will be led by a minority-controlled, Chicago-based construction partnership,
Chicago Community Builder’s Collective.
Upfront payment to the City of $40 million. Recurring annual payments of $2.0 million for City community programs and $2.0 million towards the City’s general fund.
Bally's Chicago offers the broadest base of opportunity for minority partners, suppliers, and local Chicago stakeholders.
Bally’s does not have ownership or operate a casino within 150 miles of Chicago. We are not competing with ourselves. Our focus is on driving visitors to Chicago.
Bally's innovative "Bally Rewards / Community Rewards" program is designed to allow players to redeem their points and encourage spending at participating small / minority businesses throughout Chicago. Bally’s is emphasizing partnerships with local businesses, with particular focus on minority/women-owned business inclusion. Ranging from construction to operating vendors, we intend to leverage the capabilities of Chicagoans to build and operate a world-class destination resort of which Chicago can be proud.
Bally's is known for its local touch. Minority investors will own 25% of the Project, and include philanthropists, business owners, sports stars, celebrities and everyday Chicagoans from the Black and Latino communities, as well as other ethnic and gender representation. We take pride in supporting the local communities in which we operate and intend to become part of the fabric of the Chicago community. Our vision is for Bally's Chicago to serve as an economic engine for the Chicago community, transforming it into an entertainment destination that offers employment opportunities to residents, and supports the growth and development of small and emerging businesses.
