Responsible Gaming

We want everyone gambling at our casinos for the right reason – to have fun. Compulsive gambling is a serious issue that Bally's Lake Tahoe will continue addressing and providing information.

Responsible Gaming

Committed to Responsible Gaming – Bally's Lake Tahoe adheres to the American Gaming Association (AGA) Code of Conduct for Responsible Gaming, which became effective on September 15, 2004. Our company has always taken steps to promote responsible gaming, and has long established many of the AGA prescribed measures. The AGA Code of Conduct represents a broad commitment by the entire gaming industry to make the public aware of responsible gaming resources, and incorporate responsible gaming into business operations.

Through our company's past performance as well as our implementation of the AGA Code of Conduct, Bally's Lake Tahoe has demonstrated that we are fully committed to the highest level of ethical and responsible policies and procedures in our gaming practices.

  • Review our credit policies & procedures.
  • Provide ongoing education to our staff members for recognizing and understanding the nature and symptoms of problem gambling behaviors. In addition, staff members are further encouraged to assist patrons in obtaining information about problem gambling programs.
  • Actively participate in local, state and national programs and/or organizations dealing with responsible gambling.
  • Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly
  • Monitor attentively to prevent underage gambling and unattended minors in our casinos
