Dove's menu features Southern-Influenced, Mexican cooking with stacks of jazz & soul records and bottles of Tequila & Mezcal behind the bar.
Much like Dove's, the Bistro menu will focus on Mex-Tex cuisine with several of Dove's classic agave-based cocktails on the list to bring patrons a renewing experience in our relaxed atmosphere.
