Bally's, which is known for its national reach and local touch, is committed to becoming an active member of the City and deeply woven into the fabric of the Chicago community. To ensure that our project fosters significant opportunities for Chicago's local groups and organizations, as well as small, emerging and minority-owned businesses, Bally's has entered into strategic partnerships with multiple leaders of the greater Chicago Community.
Chicago Community Builders Collective (CCBC) is a minority-led construction partnership that includes a joint venture partnership of minority and women-owned businesses as the majority: Brown and Momen, d'Escoto Inc., Gilbane Building Company, Milhouse Engineering & Construction Inc., Powers & Sons, Riteway-Huggins Construction Services, SQN Associates and UJAMAA Construction Inc.
As the General Contractor for the Bally's Chicago Casino Project, CCBC works with Bally's local compliance consultant to build capacity for local, minority- and women-owned businesses on the Chicago Bally's Casino project. CCBC is developing communication channels, organizing meetings and events, executing a contractor onboarding program, relationship-building, and targeting local businesses to recruit workers and help build the workforce pipeline.
Beyond Bally's, CCBC is transforming the future of building in Chicago by creating an inclusive environment focused on the growth of our city, communities, businesses and people. Together, CCBC's partners are pursuing excellence in execution, intentional responsibility, transparency, and continuous improvement as we raise the bar for how projects partner with historically marginalized groups to build the Chicago of the future.
