STRONG WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH ORGANIZED LABOR

Bally’s has a longstanding history working with organized labor for the construction and ongoing operation of several of its casino properties. We have approximately 20 union contracts currently in place. Given our track record as a labor-friendly operator, we look forward to working with local unions on this exciting Project.

MINORITY INVESTOR GROUP

Minority investors will own 25% of the Project. We believe that a world-class property such as Bally’s Chicago is deserving of an ownership group that represents the community.
