    What is a Self-Exclusion Program?

    How do I get placed on the self-exclusion list?
    An individual must submit an application (in person) to the Bally’s Lincoln Casino Resort Security department located at 100 Twin River Road, Lincoln, RI 02865. Tel.: 401-475-8220

    Can I mail back the completed application?
    No, unfortunately you are unable to mail in a completed self-exclusion form. You must submit in person. This is for your own protection.

    Can I place a family member with a gambling problem on the list?
    No, you may not sign anyone else on the self-exclusion list. Placement on the list is entirely voluntary and must be done by the individual seeking exclusion.

    What will happen after I sign up for self-exclusion?
    For the length of your self-exclusion:

    • You will not receive any correspondence from Bally’s Lincoln Casino Resort.
    • Rewards Club benefits will be suspended/terminated.
    • You will be removed from our mailing list (direct mail/email).
    • Check cashing & credit card cash advance privileges will be revoked.
    • You will be unable to receive participate in any promotions/gift giveaways.

    What will happen if I try to gamble at Bally’s Lincoln Casino Resort while I am on the list?
    Violators will be subject to removal and, potentially, trespassing charges.
