DELAWARE STATEWIDE EXCLUSION PROGRAM

We would like everyone who gambles at our facility to enjoy their visit responsibly. Having fun and enjoying the excitement of a casino should be a planned and budgeted choice, similar to an evening at the theater, a special show, or dining out. When treated this way, gaming is an exciting and enjoyable form of entertainment. We understand, however, that some people may not gamble responsibly.

The Delaware Lottery offers a self-exclusion program in which customers may restrict their gaming privileges at not only our facility, but, additionally, all gaming establishments in Delaware. Restriction includes the denial of credit and check cashing privileges, removal from all mailing lists, and restriction from all play privileges.

If you or someone you know struggles with gambling issues, help is available.
