Acceptable forms of identification for entry:

• State issued driver’s license or photo identification card within the United States or U.S. territories.
• Passport.
• United States issued military I.D.
• United States issued permanent residence card.

When treated this way, gaming is an exciting and enjoyable form of entertainment. We understand, however, that some people may not gamble responsibly.

The Delaware Lottery offers a self-exclusion program in which customers may restrict their gaming privileges at not only our facility, but, additionally, all gaming establishments in Delaware. Restriction includes the denial of credit and check cashing privileges, removal from all mailing lists, and restriction from all play privileges.
