Doors closed on April 2, 2024. Preparations to demolish Tropicana Las Vegas will begin shortly. Following demolition, approximately 9 acres will be granted to the Athletics to construct their proposed 30,000-seat MLB stadium. For customer service, contact questions@troplv.com.

What happens to my Tropicana Casino Rewards Points and Rewards Status?
Tropicana Casino Rewards Points and Rewards are available to redeem through April 1, 2024. After this date, members can redeem their points and rewards at any Bally’s properties nationwide (One time redemption valid through 12/31/24). For locations, visit www.ballys.com.
Tropicana Las Vegas will discontinue issuing all Tropicana Las Vegas chips beginning April 2, 2024. As a valued customer and in accordance with Regulation 12.070, all previously issued Tropicana Las Vegas chips can be redeemed at OYO Las Vegas Main Cage from April 2, 2024, through July 31, 2024.
Tropicana Las Vegas slot wagering vouchers may be redeemed by the expiration date printed on the slot wagering voucher by mailing them to 3801 Las Vegas Blvd South, Las Vegas, NV 89109. Patrons must provide a copy of their identification card if the patron does not have a player’s account with Tropicana Las Vegas. All mail must be postmarked by the expiration date of the wagering voucher.
