Only one (1) person permitted per Bally Rewards membership. Membership and rewards (including Reward Points and complementaries) are non-transferable.
Reward point balances will be purged following six months of inactivity.
Membership status is reviewed periodically; any and all terms, conditions, rewards, status and/or benefits are subject to change or revocation without notice. Any misuse of the card is grounds for immediate termination of membership.
Bally’s Shreveport is not responsible for card malfunctions, lost, stolen or misused cards, comps or cash-related offers.
