Upon check-in, guests will be charged room, facilities fee, tax, + 50 per night for incidentals.

Hotel room rates are based on single/double occupancy. The fee for each additional occupant (aged 13 years and older) is $15.00 per night. The maximum number of people per room is 4.
The gambling age is 21; valid identification is required.
Because Bally’s Shreveport is a gaming establishment, guests must be 21 to check into a hotel room.
We do not provide childcare.
We require 24-hour notice prior to your arrival date for a full refund.
Pet Policy
As part of our commitment to provide the highest level of service to our guests, Bally’s Shreveport is proud to welcome canines (max. two per room). All canines receive complimentary accommodations while staying with their owners.
Please note the following pet policy. Upon registration, we require a signed pet policy agreement and $50 non-refundable pet fee.
- Two dog limit per guestroom
- Well socialized, domesticated dogs (non-aggressive breeds)
- Dogs must be free of ticks and fleas
- Please prevent your dog from barking or otherwise disturbing other guests. In the event Bally’s Shreveport incurs any loss of business or compensation is required for another guest due to noise complaints, those charges will be applied accordingly to your account.
- Dogs must be on a leash at all times while in the hotel public areas.
- Dogs are not permitted in the hotel restaurants, bars, casino or any other public areas, with the exception of arrival and departure through the main hotel lobby.
- We encourage guests to be respectful of the environment by using the available dog “relief” station and by scooping your dog’s waste. We provide bags for use.
- Guests will be responsible for additional charges in the event additional cleaning is required and/or if damages are incurred.
Guests with Allergies
For our guests with allergies, we want to assure you that our guests staying with their pet will not affect your stay. We have taken every step necessary to ensure that all traces of their stay are removed and rooms systematically and thoroughly cleaned.
After each pet’s stay:
- All bedding, including the duvet cover, duvet insert, pillows and blankets are removed, cleaned and replaced.
- The mattress is checked and the mattress protector is cleaned or replaced.
- The carpet is vacuumed and shampooed.
- All drapes and upholstery is completely cleaned.
- An air purifying machine is used to clean, disinfect and remove all odors.
