• Access Bally Play – Navigate to the Bally Play social casino app directly from the homepage.
• Download the app either on App.
• Choose your home property.
• Enter your mobile number and 4-digit OTP.
• Scan the front and back of your valid state ID.
• Confirm your information. *If you have an updated address that is not on your ID, simply enter your new address.
• Enter a 4-digit PIN and confirm your 4-digit PIN.
• Press “Set up Passkey”
• Follow the prompts and that’s it.
• *Next time you login, you will not have to enter a mobile phone number or OTP
• It is safe and secure just like you do for your online banking.
• Find “Passkey”
• Press the button.
• Follow the prompts and that’s it.

• Turn on “Light mode”
• If you would ever like to turn this off, simple press “Light mode” in the “More section.”
• Press the rewards card to flip the card over
• Display the QR code on the back of the rewards card within the app.
• Have the employee scan your QR code or you can swipe your player rewards card to get rewarded.
• Scan the QR code on your ticket
• Follow the prompts it will be discounted for pro members and free all other tiers.
• Once accepting, you will get push notifications on your mobile device. Press on the notification and you will be redirected to the “Inbox” section of the app. Where you can read your notifications.
• You can also delete any notifications you would not like to have simply by swiping left on the notification.
• Make sure you have this enable so you don’t miss out on important promotions or Free Play offers!
• On the rewards page: press “OFFERS”.
• Tap the green edit button on the Email tile.
• Enter your new or updated email address and tap Continue.
• Check your inbox and follow the verification link.
• Once verified, a green checkmark will appear, confirming your email is verified.
• Tap the green edit button on the Communication Preferences tile.
• Tap Update to save your preferences.
• Open the app and make sure you are logged in.
• Press “Card In” and hold your mobile device close to where you would put in your physical rewards card.
• After a couple of seconds, you will see that you are connected both through your mobile device and on the slot machine screen.
• When you are ready to card out: Simple press “Card out” and you will be disconnected from the slot machine. You will see a verification of being carded out both on the slot machine and on your mobile device.
• First time users enrolling for cashless:
1. Login to your account on the Bally Rewards app.
2. Press “Enroll Now” from the wallet tile in the top right of the app or the promotional tile on the home page
3. Accept our Terms and Conditions. Press “Enroll Now”
4. First time users will be required to enter the last 4 of their SSN for user verification.
• First time users linking a bank account:
1. Once enrolled in cashless, press “Link Your Account” and check the T&Cs box
2. You will be prompted to enter your email address (if we do not already have an email attached to your account)
3. Select “Continue”
4. Select your bank account
5. Login to your bank account with your banking credentials
6. Select which account you would like to link
7. Choose the desired amount you would like to transfer into your Bally Pay wallet and press “Transfer”
8. Enter your Player’s Card PIN to confirm the transfer
9. Receive a wheel spin for linking your bank account for the first time and receive between $10-$50 in Free Slot Play!

5. Log in using your bank credentials.

• How do I fund my Bally Pay wallet from my bank?
1. In the cashless screen, select “Bally Pay Balance”
2. Then select “Fund Bally Pay”
3. Verify the bank account you would like to use
4. Select the amount you would like to transfer
5. Press transfer and enter your Bally Rewards PIN or Passkey
6. You will see the balance in your “Bally Pay balance” increase by the amount you transferred.
• How do I withdraw funds from my Bally Pay wallet back to my bank?
1. In the cashless screen, select “Bally Pay Balance”
2. Then select “Transfer to Bank”
3. Verify the bank account you would like to use
4. Select the amount you would like to transfer and enter your Bally Rewards PIN or Passkey
1. You will see the balance in your “Bally Pay balance” decrease by the amount you transferred, and funds will go back to your bank. Your bank will be credited the next 1 to 2 business days
• How do I fund the slot machine from my Bally Pay wallet?
1. Find your favorite slot machine and start a cardless session.
2. In the cashless screen, select “Game Balance”
3. Then select “Fund Game”
4. Select the amount you would like to transfer into the slot machine
5. Press transfer and enter your Bally Rewards PIN or Passkey
1. You will see the funds transfer to the slot machine and your game balance increase by the amount you transferred.
• How do I collect funds from the slot machine to my Bally Pay wallet?
1. Collect funds from the slot machine to your Bally Pay Balance:
1. Collect all funds- From the app on the home page, press “cash out”
2. You will be carded out of your session, and you will see your funds collect back to your Bally Pay Balance
2. How do I partially collect funds?
1. In the cashless screen, select “Game Balance”
2. Then select “Cash out”
3. Select the amount you would like to transfer from the slot machine back to your Bally Pay Balance
4. Press transfer
1. You will see the funds transfer from the slot machine and your Bally Pay Balance will increase by the amount you transferred.
• How do I see my cashless transactions?
1. In the cashless screen, select the icon in the top right
2. You will be redirected to the transactions page where you can see all transactions by day
• How do I set deposit limits?
1. In the cashless screen, select the icon to the left of the transaction’s icon.
2. From this page, you can select a desired deposit limit by day, week and/or month
1. Once the desired transaction limit is set, you will not be able to change your limits for 24 hours
• Other cardless/cashless notes:
1. You will be cashed out if the connection is lost to the slot machine and funds will be transferred automatically back to your cashless wallet
2. Cashless can also take place with a physical Players Club card
3. Pressing the physical cash out button on the slot machine will produce a TITO for you to access your cash
• Press one of the five smile faces
• If you select one of the first three smile faces (Not at all, Neutral, It’s ok)
1. You will be asked what you are rating (app, casino, hotel, etc.) and asked to leave additional information
