RESERVATION GUIDELINES
Valid credit card information or a contract is required to secure any reservation. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are acceptable forms of payment. Please note that the credit card you use to book your tee time is only to hold the reservation. You will need to pay for all charges upon arrival. The only time the credit card on file will be charged is for a NO-SHOW FEE - see cancellation policy above for reference.
Singles reservations are accepted only if a player can be booked with a twosome or threesome via phone. Walk-on space is often available for single players.
Should you want to book a group for 5 or more players, please contact us.
CANCELLATIONS
Please contact us 24 hours in advance by calling the golf shop at 718-414-1555 to cancel or reduce the number of players at no charge. A cancellation number will be provided should you choose to cancel your round. Please keep this number in your records as it is needed for verification. If you do not cancel 24 hours prior to your tee time, you will be charged a NO-SHOW FEE for the full amount of the tee time reservation.
OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY
Bally's Golf Links at Ferry Point prohibits the consumption of any beverages or food not provided by the club and its licensed staff. Discovery of such non-conforming items such as beer, liquor, soft beverages, or food will be confiscated and held until your round is complete. The restaurant will be open 30 minutes prior to the first tee time to purchase all Food & Beverage.
COURSE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
Please be aware of the morning course maintenance schedule. For any tee times prior to 8:00am, please be informed that you may encounter course maintenance personnel based upon your pace of play. Our driving range will be closed on Monday mornings for upkeep & maintenance; schedule will vary based on daylight hours. On all other days, the practice facility will open 30 minutes prior to the first tee time of the day. The driving range will be on mats Monday-Thursday and on grass Friday-Sunday. In order to maintain pristine conditions throughout the season, occasional closures and variations in schedule will occur on both the practice facilities and golf course for additional repairs at the discretion of the Golf Course Superintendent.
DRESS POLICY
Collared shirts are required. Cut-off shorts, cargo shorts, t-shirts, denim jeans, tennis shoes, and tank tops are not allowed. Shorts must be Bermuda length. Soft spikes only.
WEATHER POLICY
Rain-checks may be issued for rounds not completed due to inclement weather, at the discretion of the management team. Such credit towards your next round will be calculated using a pro-rated formula based upon the holes played that day. No credit will be given to players who have completed 12 holes of the course.
