The Riverfront Event Center offers 11,500 square feet of flexible space with floor‑to‑ceiling windows overlooking the Ohio River. Designed to host up to 500 guests, it delivers striking views, adaptable layouts, versatile staging options, and customizable décor for truly impactful events.

Convention Center

The Convention Center pairs six meeting rooms, an atrium, and a business center to support professional gatherings in Evansville. With nearly 6,000 square feet of flexible event space for up to 560 guests, it easily accommodates large conferences or strategically segmented business meetings.

Walnut A & B Rooms

Walnut A and B serve as the centerpiece of the Walnut Rooms, featuring floor‑to‑ceiling windows, custom lighting, and internet access. Equipped with ceiling‑mounted LCD projectors and drop‑down screens, these rooms may be combined to create expansive breakout space for up to 500 guests.

Walnut C - F Rooms

The Walnut Rooms C through F offer 608 square feet of flexible space with thoughtfully designed interiors that support focus and comfort.
