You may either mail the completed application to our Credit Department (address below), or bring the application in with you on your next visit. If you mail the application, please include a copy of your personal check, and if you bring the application to the Casino Cashier’s Cage, please bring a blank check and your driver’s license for us to make copies of, you do not need to void a check, we only need a copy.
