Designed as a high‑energy, scenic destination, Círculo Lounge offers guests a unique 360‑degree revolving cocktail experience — delivering four full rotations each hour while overlooking the vibrant casino floor. Círculo Lounge elevates Dover’s nightlife with sophistication and style. A 2022 inductee into the Delaware Rock & Roll Society, the band has spent three decades entertaining large crowds with an infectious mix of R&B, hip hop, pop, and old-school funk, along with a classic touch of Motown and disco.
