Your room reservation is subject to your room rate, plus a $28 nightly resort fee, $3 nightly State Occupancy Fee, $2 nightly Atlantic City Tourism Fee, $2 State Hotel Fee and all applicable tax at the rate of 13.625%.

Bally’s is not a pet-friendly hotel and unfortunately, we do not accept emotional support animals. We do, however, accept service animals. Service animals must be registered at the Front Desk.

Yes, you may request connecting hotel rooms. Connecting hotel rooms are based upon availability at the time of check-in.

Bally’s Atlantic City has many dining outlets throughout our property to accommodate all of your dining needs. For this reason, we do not allow outside food or beverage on property. Only 12” x 12” coolers used for medicinal purposes will be allowed up to the hotel rooms. You will be permitted to bring one (1), six (6) pack of beverages  (1) bottle of wine/champagne per hotel room.

Bally’s Atlantic City offers scooter and wheelchair rentals. Mobility scooters are $50 plus tax per day. Manual wheelchairs are $15 plus tax per day. Manual wheelchairs are free of charge for the entire trip when a state issued disability card is presented.

Yes, AAA/AARP, government and military personnel will receive a 10% discount. To book with these discounts, please call a Reservation Specialist at number 1-833-576-0836. Discounted rooms cannot be booked online.

Parking can range from $10 to $25 or free with Legend, Superstar and Star cards.

Casino guests earn complimentary room stays based on the level of play. Generally, casino guests are sent a promotional calendar identifying either the complimentary night stay or a discount room rate. You can call 833-576-0836 and a reservation specialist will be able to assist.

Yes, you may book more than one room at a time.

All rooms are based upon availability at the time of check-in.

At this time, you may not make changes or cancel your reservation online. To change or cancel your reservation, please call a Reservation Specialist at 1-833-576-0836.

We ask that you notify us within 48 hours of your reservation if you need to cancel in order to avoid the cancellation fee, and receive a refund of your deposit.  Please call our reservations department 1-833-576-0836.

To be a Star, you must earn between 4,000 to 14,999 Tier Points. To be a Superstar, you have to earn at least 15,000 Tier Points. Legend Status is by invitation only. Accounts will be reviewed for upgrade eligibility.

Earning Tier Points vary by type of game played (Slots, e-tables, video poker and table games) as well as average bet and length of play.

To receive complimentary tickets for a show or event, you must receive a complimentary ticket offer and RSVP. Reserved tickets can be picked up at Bally’s Grand Ballroom on the day of the show and are guaranteed up until 60-minutes prior to show-time.

Everyone requires a ticket to enter. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Will Call tickets are available for pickup at Bally’s Grand Ballroom three hours prior to show time.

You must present a valid government issued photo ID with the credit card used for the ticket purchase.

Please report any lost or stolen tickets to TicketWeb as soon as you are aware they are missing or destroyed. If a ticket needs to be reprinted during the event, guests can visit Bally’s Grand Ballroom and present their identification to have their ticket reprinted.
